Getting close to our customers is at the very
heart of our business. After all there is no
substitute for meeting someone in person to truly
understand what they want and need from us.

It’s why we continue to invest in Caterpillar Hall
Visitors Center across the world to bring Cat products,
services and technology closer to those who use it.
We’re particularly proud of our newest one, located
just outside St Petersburg at the Caterpillar Tosno
manufacturing facility. It is our first Visitors Center not just
in Russia but across the whole of the Eurasia region.

And it was worth the wait. Two years in planning and building
this impressive single-storey business center offers 1,415m²
of space to explore the world of Caterpillar. In addition, a
10,000m² demonstration area is perfect for training and events.
With a capacity for 350 people, it is also an ideal space
for major events, product launches or even large
dealer parties. While its six conference rooms, each
fully equipped with the latest, state of the art audio-
visual systems and global communication capabilities,
are ideal for smaller events and presentations.
Unfortunately, due to the pandemic we are
unable at the moment to hold events, but we are
monitoring the situation and as soon as we can,
we can promise you it will be very special. ■
